Class 1: Barefoot Massage Fundamentals Training
Fundamentals is the starting point for those wanting to train in FasciAshi barefoot massage. This beginner Ashiatsu training will teach you how to use your feet to provide a full-body deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point work-focused barefoot massage session, and more.
In this class, we’ll cover:

Class 2: Intermediate Barefoot Massage Training
This intermediate ashiatsu barefoot massage class empowers the experienced barefoot massage therapist to work even slower, maintain long sustained pressure holds on trigger points or adhered layers of tissue.
In the intermediate class, we cover:

Anterior and lateral techniques and comprehensive feet-on practice

Muscle lengthening, angles and vectors, and fascia chain training for those hard-to-reach areas.
